At Snatched, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Get Snatched Again

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
